California District 25 Umpires serves 12 Little League Baseball and Softball leagues in western Los Angeles County in the cities of Beverly Hills, Culver City, Los Angeles, Malibu, and Santa Monica. While some of the photos, schedules and clinics are specific to District 25; we hope that this website may be useful to any Little League umpire; as the Little League playing rules are standard throughout the world. Although some of the mechanics and signals illustrated throughout these pages may differ from region to region, these techniques are those taught by the Little League Western Region in San Bernardino, California.
